Experience of Both Sides of the Board Table
Investing in your board training is important to you and the effectiveness of your board, and so it’s important to get the right fit for what you need right now.

Finding the “right fit” for board training is important – even more so when working online. Nik’s approach is pragmatic, tapping in to his many years of experience of leading schools and working with boards. While the concepts presented are well documented in educational research and literature, his approach is to focus more on the practical application so that trustees can quickly gain a deeper insight into the roles and responsibilities of the board and therefore be more effective.
